girl in a food frenzy

Sometimes I can be in a bit of a frenzy.

Rushing home to eat or nourish oneself can be tricky, especially when one has to dash back out again pronto! As a result my dishwasher is in constant overdrive and I’ve perfected the one pan or one plate wonder (either that, or my dishwasher is lazier than I am!!!)

It can be anything from Toasty ciabatta, crispy prosciutto and eggs. Or how about Fettucine goodness, fresh parsley, parmesan, lemon zest and chillies ought to do it. Finally (and not least) it is summer so fennel and oranges are bound to make their way onto the plate somehow. Ps I like an insane amount of pepper!

Of course, if I have a salad there’s always room for dessert….
