Snack Attack!!!
I had a snack attack earlier at work today. Luckily, I had strolled through the fabulous food halls at David Jones prior to this and came back to work appropriately laden with a tub of Goats Curd, a decent amount of Ligurian Olives and some sourdough bread. Yet another busy day with no time to mess up my kitchen but I promise to be back with something truly fabulous tomorrow!
For now, let’s just contemplate how happy and shiny these olives look beside the creamy goats curd…
