I need Chocolate! Do you need Chocolate too???

This delectable recipe is adapted from the Masterchef Gary Mehigan, link can be found here, I did adjust quantities below (though) if you want half a dozen, stay with the original recipe!!!

Time: 20-25 mins max!

Yield, I made four!

Ingredients:
100g dark chocolate (or there abouts)
2.5 tbsp or cubes butter
2 eggs
60g raw sugar
1 Tbsp Cocoa powder
60g flour

Double cream or (ice cream, custard etc) to serve

Method:

Preheat oven to 180C (355F) oil/grease your silicone moulds, dariole tins or muffin trays etc.

Zap the butter & chocolate in a heatproof bowl in the microwave on high for 25 secs. When the butter melts, give it a good stir and set aside,

In a large mixing bowl add the sugar and two eggs. Add the flour, cocoa powder and whisk to combine.

Stir in the cooled chocolate/butter mixture, it will immediately thicken on standing,

Spoon or pour gently into moulds,

Place in the preheated oven, I baked mine for 10 mins maximum! Remember Oozy is the goal!

Thanks Deb, I take the majority of the pics during daylight and use the filter on my iPhone 4S. Best investment I ever made, I love the HD camera and don’t even use a my digital camera anymore!

Really? Most of these are taken with your iPhone 4S?? I’m such a photo novice… is the filter an additional piece or is it a setting already on the phone?

      • says

Yep! All of them are taken with the iPhone! There’s a few program’s, photo edit in iPhoto, hipstamatic, adobe ideas, instagram! Any of the above apps work great! Or sometimes a combination of some too.

If you have a iPhone 3Gs or iPhone 4 or 4S you can update to iCloud and the new camera updates come through. I think only the 4S is in HD though, hope this helps!!!

Hi Karen, they’re a silicone mould especially for baking. You just fill them, bake and plate up with the saucer. They look so dainty, :)

My two big loves are choclate and cheese for sure, though not together of course!

Thank you!!! They were delicious and yes there’s still one left! :) I actually got those silicon moulds as part of my Christmas present, I can’t believe I’ve left it till now to use them! They are too pretty!
