Guess Stars and Rock Stars!
Sometimes your meal is a Rock Star. You know, the main act whether it be a Roast Chicken, some Beef or Fish. Sometimes though, your meal might be a Guest Star. It can be a lovely rice dish, a crusty roll or side of veg. Here are some sides which can instantly go from Guest Star to Rock Star status, aka, the main event.

So here’s a question for you, is your next meal a Guest Star, or is it really a Rock star…

Mushrooms are *the* most swoon-worthy item in the greengrocers. And as for your yummy polenta – drool. I love polenta but rarely make it – dunno why. Mental note – make polenta for dinner tomorrow night!
