Do you have a fear of a vegetable? Is there something you’ve been trying to get out of your mind (or is that your fridge!) I’m a little choked up as I’ve finally cooked a vegetable that can provoke fear into the heart of many, many cooks, including moi.
This is my cryptic way of saying I cooked an artichoke for the first time today. Not only that, it was delicious! But I cheated, cheated with my sauce that is.
