Doing another test run today on a recipe for a friends Birthday tomorrow. I love polenta and I love it equally in a cake. In the past we’ve enjoyed Polenta & Lime syrup cakes and I thought I’d mix it up with some lemons and saffron syrup. You can find the original recipe here for the lime syrup version.
