School Days again.

Just ‘plating’ around again!
Here’s a simple salad from my school day today. Herb crusted Tuna Sashimi with finely chopped Oregano & Thyme. Seared on a Hot Grill with Olive oil.
Serve with freshly cooked Beetroot, Cannelloni beans and White Wine vinaigrette. Garnish with basil and grab a glass of wine…

Love it!
Thank you! One of the best dishes for me today
You made this for school? Classy!!!
Cheers

I know! It’s one of my favourite things we’ve made so far, definitely
I love beetroot, I think it’s a greatly under-rated vegetable. It’s so good in a salad, too, yum!
Perfect for spring. My mum has a gorgeous beer root jam she keeps at home, truly perfect with cheddar cheese
Mmm, sounds delicious!
This is a feast for the eyes – love all the colors in this dish! Bet it tastes even better
I have to say it was delicious! Of course, this is a school recipe and not my own but I’m going to be on a Tuna hunt soon at my local fishmongers.
This looks simply delish… I want it right now!
Thank you Lauren, it’s was the trifecta of tasty, healthy and pretty to boot!
I love a good seared tuna! Nice dish.
Thank you Rochard, it’s a winner but of course (I can’t take credit for the recipe) just the execution!
omg.. what a delicious meal for school days! Totally miss the days where I can buy cheap food from school!
lol
Me too, work cafeterias just aren’t the same thing! The teacher/head chef demonstrates and we all follow furiously to every last detail, plus the results are taaaasty.
