This might be remembered as the day we ate these beautiful Scampi at home.

I might remember it as the day I roasted three lovely Red Capsicums, together with garlic and later some coriander, to toss through some pasta.

It may even be remembered for the day we also ate freshly cured Tuna Carpaccio which I made simply with thinly sliced raw Tuna, lemon zest, olive oil, thyme and salt. So beautiful & fresh, it reminded me of the simplicity of honest ingredients and that the best approach is often no-fuss.

Whatever I write, you might remember it as the day you found the recipe here for my Red Sauce with Pasta & Scampi Enjoy!

Because love flows, where my Rosemary goes…

I dried some lovely Rosemary whilst we were away on holiday and wanted to find a lovely alternative for their use. Too often I like to buy copious amounts of herbs, or simply give bunches of over used herbs from our balcony to my pals from time to time.

One such use are for these Rosemary Shortbreads and if the weather is anything like ours back home in Sydney, you just might need to warm that kitchen with the heat of your oven!
