Egg rolls, Spring rolls, Savoury rolls & Summer rolls. No afternoon snack would be more favoured at the local Chinese restaurant, the local pub, various cocktail parties or just at home with a take away watching bad tv (ahem)

I’ve been playing around with this recipe all my life. I remember growing up in mum and dad’s restaurant, making tasty dim sum and spring rolls with the family. Or more recently in my school days making canapés & cocktail food. It’s one of those recipes where practice makes perfect and once you taste these Spring Rolls, hopefully you’ll want to keep practicing again & again…

Oh yeah spring rolls are on my to do list too…used to help my mom make them when I was little.
That’s the great thing about the universal crowd pleases, most folks are familiar with them and love to get involved in the making & eating

I do love a nice crispy spring roll stuffed with veggies – yum!
I usually put in vermicelli noodles too (but forgot!) easy to Vego these up either way!

Thank you Uru, I think they’ll go very well as a treat after exams. Whereas I’ve had to cook them previously ‘for’ my exams! Lol
I made spring rolls last night–lovely Vietnamese style with avocado, cilantro, mint, carrots, cucumber and red cabbage. And peanut sauce, of course! Great minds think alike, naturally
It’s true, great minds do think alike! Got to love a dish that’s cutlery free from time to time, lol

Ahhhhh…..you’ve hit my weakness. Just the other day I was hankering for a good spring roll recipe. You must read my mind. Thank you so much for posting….once I have some time (hopefully next week, fingers crossed) I am going to make these. I will let you know how it goes, cause it will be the first time!!!!
