Meatball Mania

This isn’t really a recipe! The idea came from watching Jamie Oliver’s Polpette and spaghetti, where he squeezes the casings of good quality sausages together to make instant, melt in your mouth meatballs! Brilliant!

I was craving a meatball sandwich of sorts, lots of veg and decided to come up with this one pan wonder!!!

Time:45 mins

Ingredients:
Packet sausages, good quality
Assorted vegetables,
Olive oil,
Pita Wraps
Coriander,
lemon cheeks to serve

Get your assorted veg into a pan, I’ve got garlic, onions, potatoes, carrots and cherry tomatoes. I picked some dried rosemary to go with my lamb sausages.

Lamb Sausages, of course.

Snip the end of the casings and squeeze out the flesh,

You should end up with little meatballs like so. Bake in a very hot oven, 180-200C (approx 356 F or more)

Got the sides ready to go, check after 45 mins,

Lay out on Pita wrap, sprinkle coriander and use a good squeeze of lemon!!! I really mush the baked garlic, veg and herbs with the meat. (So tasty) The Last Bite!
