Saffron Gold…or my version of Risotto Milanese…
I must admit that I do love my carbs! More often than not, I’ll have a really long day with (double shifts) and the bare minimum-turnaround till I’m back at work… I need fuel!!! Not to be a Martyr but I (promise) on most occasions I’ll try to eat them before 3pm.
Of course, if I am going to eat them, they better be the best kind! Enter a sprinkle of the most delicate Gold, aka Saffron. A few threads (or more) will tint a risotto with the most luscious hue and I definitely want to get prospecting with my spoon…
