The New technique I’m trialling comes of the many hours spent watching Masterchef Australia. You can find the original recipe by Phillipa Grogan here. I’ve used my own bread recipe but I’m definitely excited about the new no-fuss & easy technique! In a way it’s a cheats sourdough, but no one’s going to give you less marks for this one!
