Need to know about the hottest brunch spot in town? Then look no further than Three Williams Cafe and their new seasonal brunch menu
With many delicious brews, ranging from Green Super Smoothie (heaven) and the prettiest House Made Sodas, pink raspberry with a hint of lime. They’re perfect for sharing with friends in the lead up to those warm summer days.
I loved the warehouse vibe & decor.
The staff are smart, friendly and the food is definitely something you’ll be talking about around town.
It’s that good!
Let’s start with some Wild Sautéed mushrooms, resting on a beautifully, thick slab of chargrilled toast. Soaked through with a delicious balsamic syrup and those mushies. Accompanied by a lightly spiced scoop of ricotta and a drizzle of truffled balsmaic (sigh!)
Spicy beans appeared next with some perfectly baked eggs. Along with a cucumber & feta salsa atop & a delicious little roll on the side to mop up those sauces & the all important runny yolk.
If you’re in a need of a meaty breakfast hit, then a stack of crisp bacon, some Nuremberg sausages and super juicy & pleasantly spiced corn fritters is your order. Also served on a bed of crisp golden potatoes, with the obligatory dollop of sour cream.
Everyone heads here for two things. The first being their narnies. Perfect little folds of Naan bread, stuffed to the brim with delicious ingredients.
Two delicious choices on offer in the new breakfast menu include lashings of free range roast duck, with crispy slices of pear, rocket & a apple balsamic dressing. Or some wild sautéed mushrooms with baby spinach, stracchino & parmesan cheese sauce.
Still got those tummy growls? Then rest assured there’s a couple of sides that will fill that gap.
Crispy school prawns & beer battered chips are two current faves. Each dish perfectly golden and equally good for sharing with friends.
Let me assure you that their sweet treats are well worth saving the tummy space for.
A Crispy cornflake crust sits on the world’s best french toast. A delicious Belgium Chocolate ganache, with even more delicious toasted hazelnuts and a side of caramelised banana. Can you say #Foodporn alert!
Last but not least, you’ll find the most moist coconut & lime cake, which you’ll be dreaming about. If coconut & lime are resplendent of a holiday destination to you, then believe me, your tastebuds need to take a trip to Three Williams now.
If you love suprises (like me!) then imagine my delight when I finally met up with this lovely gal in foodie person Choc Chip Uru. It’s wonderful to meet fellow bloggers and readers, especially after 2 & 1/2 yrs too!
Be sure to head on over and say a big hello!
Thank you to the team at Three Williams, for the most delicious brunch, I’ve had in a long time! A big thanks to the team at Wasa Media too!
